Job Posting: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Hinesville, GA
Contract Duration: 5-year contract assignment

Compensation: $31 - $33 per hour

Schedule:

• Clinics operate Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
• Day shifts with potential start times of 3:30 PM, 4:00 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:00 PM, or 5:30 PM.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a primary care and specialty clinics affiliated with the GA Veteran Affairs. This role provides an opportunity to serve the healthcare needs of veterans in a community-based outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and medication reviews.
• Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed.
• Assist with procedures and treatments in primary care or specialty settings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a primary care setting (must have worked within the last six months).
• Licensure: Active, current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Familiarity with community-based outpatient clinic operations is a plus.
