Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Licensed Practical Nurse Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is 2:30pm – 11:00pm, rotating schedule including weekends

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care under the direction of an RN or licensed physician

• Perform skilled practical nursing procedures and treatments (e.g., vital signs, wound care, enteral feedings, catheter insertion, suctioning, oxygen therapy, medication administration)

• Document patient conditions and responses, and report accordingly

• Maintain accountability records (e.g., MARs, patient charts, incident reports)

• Monitor and assist in maintaining medication inventory and supplies

• Provide general nursing care and first aid; respond to emergencies

• Support and guide lower-level direct care staff

• Attend and support medical appointments and participate in care planning meetings

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements

• Active Ohio LPN License

• CPR Certification

• COVID-19 vaccine card or exemption letter

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days

• Submissions must include: Resume, Cover Letter, RTR, CPR Certification, COVID Vaccine Card or Exemption Letter, Ohio Medical License

• If selected, candidate must complete BCI fingerprinting, TB test (within 30 days), drug screen (NDOT 9 Panel), and a physical exam prior to start
