Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation

• The pay for this position is LPN $40-$42 depending on experience and will be compensated weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

LPN Highlights

• The required availability for this position is 2^nd shift or 3^rd shift

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Recording the patient’s history
• Giving medication as prescribed by the physician
• Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
• Giving injections of medications
• Providing immunizations
• Ensuring patients and families understand release instructions
• Monitoring fluid/food intake and output
• Observing patient reactions to medications
• Observing patient mental health status

LPN Requirements

• Practical Nurse Licensed required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
