Location: Selinsgrove, PA
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Salary: $103,000 - $104,000 per year
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- At least 5 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals with dual diagnoses (IDD/MH).
Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPC or LCSW to provide high-quality counseling and mental health services to individuals at the Center. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and mental health services to individuals with dual diagnoses (IDD/MH) at the Center.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate client needs, and develop treatment plans for individuals based on their presenting needs.
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to review care plans and provide appropriate interventions for distressed individuals.
- Offer crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Deliver in-service training to center staff on psychological needs and crisis intervention techniques.
- Attend treatment meetings as requested to assist in providing comprehensive care for individuals at the facility.
