Job Description
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Social Worker in the Harlingen, TX area. The Licensed Social Worker would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.
Primarily Remote; must be from the Harlingen, TX area; Candidate will need to conduct Bi-Annual field visits
Licensed Social Worker Compensation:
- $25 - $28 hourly plus travel reimbursement for fieldwork
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights:
- The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM, some OT required
Licensed Social Worker Responsibilities:
- Telehealth/Face to Face Assessments as needed – annual and biannual.
- Review assessments and service plans – both vendor and internal assessments.
- Follow up on pending assessment findings, clarify diagnoses, follow up with request referrals; Follow up on hospital discharges.
- Conduct Biannual visits and document findings
- Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
- Follow up calls to members
- Any other projects that may arise
Licensed Social Worker Performance Expectations/Metrics:
- Sign in daily and on time – unless previously on approved PTO; Daily log of work to be submitted; Communication is key; Be open and flexible to daily changing processes.
Licensed Social Worker Requirements:
- Licensed Social Worker
- B.S. in Social Worker preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing and integrating the social/community needs of members
- Excellent computer and documentation skills; Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Licensed Social Worker Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
