Must reside in the McAllen, TX or surrounding areas: Mission, Edinburg or Rio Grande Valley areas (Harlingen, San Benito, Brownsville, Raymondville, Hidalgo, Weslaco, Pharr, San Juan and surrounding areas.) Mostly remote with 5-10% travel for possible trainings/meetings

Licensed Social Worker Highlights:

• The schedule is Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM, 1-hr lunch, Potential OT
• Full benefits available after 90 days include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-term Disability
• GREAT Hours! Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Licensed Social Worker Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $22 - $26 hourly based on experience

Licensed Social Worker Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth assessments/face to face in McAllen or surrounding area 10% travel. (Bi-annual)
• Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams
• Follow up calls to members
• Any other projects that may arise

Licensed Social Worker Performance Expectations/Metrics:

• Sign in daily and on time – unless previously on approved PTO; Daily log of work to be submitted; Communication is key; Be open and flexible to daily changing processes.

Licensed Social Worker Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have a License in Social Work
• At least 1-2 years of Social Worker experience
• Excellent computer skills; Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Licensed Social Worker Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience in a managed care environment preferred
• Masters preferred
