Pharmacy Technician Compensation
• The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to be hired permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with rotating on-call weekends
• The role is onsite at a long-term care pharmacy facility in Tulsa, OK 74146
Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
• Work under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications
• Enter prescription and billing data into the system to support accurate reimbursement
• Prepackage medications for dispensing in compliance with all regulations and standards
• Assist pharmacists with final checking processes, including medication stating and packaging for review and delivery
• Maintain proper inventory practices: receive, rotate, and post medication lots and expiration dates
• Support clean and safe work environments by checking equipment calibration and cleanliness
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
• Active Oklahoma Pharmacy Technician license/certification
• Ability to work the full-time schedule and rotating weekends
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
• Sterile compounding experience
• Experience in long-term care or high-volume pharmacy settings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
