Job Description
Client Billing Representative Schedule
- Core hours are 8am to 4:30pm
- Training is in office (1 to 2 months) then down to one day per week; can work in office more that one day per week but not less
- In-office on the same days as the rest of their team
- Schedule is relatively flexible; have people that start at 7am or clock out then back in to do school pick-ups
- $18.50 per hour, paid biweekly
- Temp to Hire
- 90 day contract period; they train them and want to keep them
- Seems like a lot of managers started as temps
- Why do People Stay?
- hybrid; 4 days home/ 1 day in-office after training
- potlucks, culture, jersey Friday
- A lot of energy from upper management to make it a good place to work
- Medical field background:
- Insurance, pharmacy techs (don't need a license), hospital experience
- Billing is nice but not required
- General Skillset
- Basic computer and problem solving skills
- Medical billing role with 4-6 weeks of training
