A-Line Staffing is now hiring MAT Social Workers in Karthaus, PA. This position provides an exciting opportunity to support juvenile detention center residents as part of the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. This is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday schedule, requiring 40 hours per week.

MAT Social Worker Compensation

• Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• 401(k): Company match available for employees with one year of service

MAT Social Worker Highlights

• Contract Assignment: Potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

MAT Social Worker Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of long-term living service providers to ensure compliance with state and federal care guidelines.

• Evaluate written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to assess service quality.

• Monitor medical and financial eligibility issues of consumers.

• Provide support in identifying areas of abuse, waste, or inefficiency in care provision.

• Analyze various data sets to prepare recommendations and fiscal impact estimates.

• Travel as required for statewide reviews, including occasional overnight stays.

MAT Social Worker Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program (or equivalent education and experience).

• Experience: Prior experience in social work or related fields.

• Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Travel: Availability for statewide travel, including some overnight stays.
