Position Overview
A-Line Staffing is seeking an organized and client-focused MSP Program Specialist to support contingent workforce operations for a major corporate client in Deerfield, IL. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in staffing, MSP programs, vendor management, or recruiting operations. You'll serve as a key liaison between hiring managers, suppliers, and program stakeholders—ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
This is an onsite, full-time role with temp-to-hire potential after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) operations for an assigned client program.

Prioritize requisitions, resolve service-related issues, and ensure timely fulfillment and program success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers, acting as a trusted point of contact.

Oversee sub-vendor/supplier engagement to ensure placement quality and customer satisfaction.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to support requisition flow, program alignment, and compliance with SLAs.

Ensure all operations comply with client processes, VMS platform standards, and contract terms.

Escalate and resolve daily challenges with contractors and subcontractors in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in staffing, MSP support, or recruiting coordination.

At least 18 months of direct staffing/recruiting experience, with 6+ months in client/account support or vendor coordination.

Proficiency or familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or Econometrix.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client relationships professionally and proactively.

Must be able to work onsite in Deerfield, IL.
Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field—or equivalent experience.

Preferred: Background in staffing operations, HR coordination, or program support.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or staffing agency.

Experience supporting new account launches or high-volume workforce programs.

Proven ability to deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and program KPIs.

Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
