A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote MTM Pharmacist. The Remote MTM Pharmacist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Remote MTM Pharmacist Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $54 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Remote MTM Pharmacist Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is:
    • M-F 8 hour shift starting between 9:00a - 11:00a CT.
    • Training will be 8:00a-4:30p CT
    • Must be located in either TX, IL, FL, or PA and have an active pharmacist license in that state.

Remote MTM Pharmacist Responsibilities

  • Perform telephonic comprehensive medication reviews, which includes but is not limited to ensuring a complete medication reconciliation is completed and performing clinical assessments on applicable conditions for each targeted member.
  • Identify, document, and facilitate resolution of identified medication related problems.
  • Create a written summary (patient takeaway) of each member interaction written at an appropriate level of health literacy.
  • Create faxed materials intended for prescriber offices to facilitate resolution to medication related problems.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers including physicians and nurses.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor and/or manger

Remote MTM Pharmacist Requirements

 

  • Must be located in either TX, IL, FL, or PA and have an active pharmacist license in that state.
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
  • Previous pharmacy experience delivering MTM, specifically using the Outcomes MTM Connect platform.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
