MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHT SHIFT | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $22.70/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time, B-Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-hour rotating shifts

MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHT SHIFT | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing routine production tasks while maintaining strict quality, safety, and documentation standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHT SHIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
• Operate production equipment under general supervision and follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
• Support team goals by working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow instructions and make routine decisions within established procedures
• Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as operational needs require
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

MACHINE OPERATOR - NIGHT SHIFT | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Steel toe shoes are required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience performing routine machine or production operations
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
