MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Hunt Valley MD 21031 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $18/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will perform routine production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. This position offers opportunities to develop skills in specific production tasks while rotating through different responsibilities as needed.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000.
• Works effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Follows instructions and works within routine, standard practices.
• Develops skills in basic tasks and procedures within the skill area.

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ years of machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
