MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $18/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | 1st Shift, must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours.
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator is responsible for executing essential production tasks—such as filling, assembling, and inspecting—while adhering to rigorous FDA and GMP regulatory standards. The role ensures that all manufactured products are accurately labeled, packaged, and documented to maintain the highest levels of quality and safety within the supply chain.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production Operations: Perform routine functions including filling, assembling, labeling, packing, and packaging of products.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of units to ensure they meet strict internal and external quality standards.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and logs in strict accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9000 standards.
- Technical Execution: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team setting to support production goals and rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as required.
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret technical specifications in English.
- Basic mathematical calculation skills.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with Team Leads and co-workers.
