MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Cockeysville, MD 21031 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $18.55/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM (midnight) – 8:00 AM
- Must be able to work the 3rd shift and be available for flexible or extended hours (overtime) as required.
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator is essential to our production line, involving the assembly, labeling, and inspection of products within a highly regulated environment. You will work under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure every unit meets our high-quality standards.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Core Production: Perform routine functions including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, and labeling.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain accurate logs and records in strict accordance with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9000
- Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with written specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team setting to support daily production goals and objectives.
- Technical Growth: Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks while developing expertise in specific processes or methods.
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English.
- Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with co-workers and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be able to work the 3rd shift and be available for flexible or extended hours (overtime) as required.
