MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $18/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • Required onboarding/training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for one week
    • Overtime may be required based on production needs

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role involves operating automated equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and assisting with troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and automated processes
  • Perform filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspection tasks
  • Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove defective materials
  • Complete production, quality, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs
  • Follow GMP, safety, and operating procedures at all times
  • Support team production goals and maintain a clean work environment
  • Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Machine operation experience required
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, diagrams, and specifications in English
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
