MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% on-site
  • Payrate: $18.45/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 2:00pm- 10:30pm
    • One week of onboarding/training required on first shift:
      • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
      • Overtime may be required based on business needs

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support production operations in a manufacturing environment focused on liquid media processing. This role includes machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, inspection, packaging, and maintaining quality standards in a regulated production setting.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
  • Perform routine production functions including filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspection
  • Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove defective materials
  • Maintain accurate production, safety, and maintenance documentation
  • Follow GMP, SOP, FDA, and quality procedures
  • Support clean-up and general production activities as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Machine operation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read instructions, diagrams, and specifications in English
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
