MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18.45/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 2:00pm- 10:30pm
- One week of onboarding/training required on first shift:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support production operations in a manufacturing environment focused on liquid media processing. This role includes machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, inspection, packaging, and maintaining quality standards in a regulated production setting.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine production functions including filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspection
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove defective materials
- Maintain accurate production, safety, and maintenance documentation
- Follow GMP, SOP, FDA, and quality procedures
- Support clean-up and general production activities as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Machine operation experience strongly preferred
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read instructions, diagrams, and specifications in English
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
