Manufacturing Machine Operator (3rd Shift) | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Cockeysville, MD – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18.10/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) | Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–9:30 AM | Occasional mandatory Fridays based on business needs | Must be available for onboarding during the first week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Must be flexible for extended hours as needed
Manufacturing Machine Operator (3rd Shift) | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Manufacturing Machine Operator will support routine production operations by operating equipment and completing production tasks such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting product under general supervision. This role also maintains accurate production documentation and works within established procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment to support quality and team goals.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Manufacturing Machine Operator (3rd Shift) | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
- Maintain accurate records/logs in accordance with site procedures and quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions under direct supervision
- Support team production goals by working effectively in a team environment
- Make basic decisions within standard processes and escalate issues as needed
- Rotate into different tasks/responsibilities as assigned
Manufacturing Machine Operator (3rd Shift) | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
- Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing/production experience required
- Skills: Ability to read/write/interpret instructions in English and perform basic math calculations
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Safety: Safety shoes required
