Machine Operator | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Columbus, NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $22.70/hr
• Required Availability: Mon-Fri 4p-12a (midnight)

Machine Operator | Summary and Highlights:

The Machine Operator will perform routine production functions, including - filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator | Responsibilities:

• Filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization).
• Working in a team setting to support team goals and objectives.
• Following standard operating procedures while making routine decisions as required.

Machine Operator | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
• 1+ year of warehouse experience 
• Ability to follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English-language specifications and perform basic math calculations.
• Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work overtime as needed.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• The work environment may require standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
