Machine Operator | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Columbus, NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $22.70/hr
• Required Availability: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
  • alternating between 36 and 48 hours weekly

Machine Operator | Summary and Highlights:

Seeking a Machine Operator with previous manufacturing experience to join a medical manufacturing team.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• ·Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator | Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production tasks such as filling, packaging, labeling, inspecting, and assembling products
• Conduct utility operations under general supervision
• Follow standard operating procedures in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 guidelines
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Support team objectives and collaborate with team members
• Make routine decisions as needed to support production goals

Machine Operator | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents written in English
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, especially during the first 90 days
• Willingness to rotate between tasks and take on different responsibilities
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
