MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Columbus NE 68601  – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Day shift (A or C) 6am to 6pm 12 hr shift - 2 week rotation.

MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Machine Operator will support routine production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hands-on production tasks while following established procedures and quality standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine production functions such as filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Maintain accurate production records and logs
• Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision
• Support team goals and work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Apply basic skills and knowledge to complete repetitive, step-based tasks

MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work extended hours and rotating schedules
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
