MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Columbus NE 68601– 100% On-site
- Payrate: $20/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Day Shift (A or C) — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- 12-hour shifts with a rotating 2-week schedule
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support routine production and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in a regulated manufacturing environment while working as part of a collaborative team.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
- Operate under general supervision while following established standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate production records in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
- Support team goals through effective communication and collaboration
- Make basic decisions within standard practices and defined processes
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed
