MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $22.70/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 12-hour rotating schedule
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting daily production operations including packaging, labeling, inspection, assembly, and machine operation while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and support production machinery and equipment
- Perform filling, packaging, labeling, assembly, and inspection tasks
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
