MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $20/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | B Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 12-hour rotating shifts
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support routine production operations including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform production tasks such as filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
- Maintain accurate records and production logs
- Follow FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards and procedures
- Support team goals and production objectives
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and coworkers
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible or extended hours when needed
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
