MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $20/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will support production by operating equipment, performing product inspections, packaging materials, and maintaining quality standards in a clean and safety-focused environment.

- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform filling, packing, packaging, labeling, and assembly tasks
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and changeovers
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation
- Enter production data into company systems
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools and inspection equipment as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train in other production areas
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Follow all GMP, safety, and standard operating procedures
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
