Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring 20 + Machine Operators for 2 shifts in Glencoe MD 21152. The Machine Operator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Machine Operator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $20 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Machine Operator Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Machine Operator Responsibilities

  • Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision.
  • Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization).
  • Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
  • Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
  • Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures.

Machine Operator Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • IN PERSON INTERVIEWS
  • 1 year+ of MANUFACTURING machine operation experience
  • Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
