Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Managed Care Navigator Remote in San Antonio, TX. The would be working for a major healthcare company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Remote (must be based in San Antonio, TX)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $17-19/hr

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up on authorizations for DME, MHM, DAHS, and reductions/denials.
  • Meet the 1 BD TAT for SK/SH/MMP authorizations.
  • Cross-train and collaborate with team members across multiple functions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage high-volume workflows.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year's experience in managed care or working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Social Work, Health Services, Behavioral Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses (preferred): LPN, LVN, or LCSW.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools.
