Assembler I – General Compensation

• The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Assembler I – General Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Entry-level position with on-the-job training

• Team-based, fast-paced work environment

Assembler I – General Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts for medical equipment, spare parts, and accessories

• Follow written and verbal instructions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

• Use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers) and tools of measurement

• Ensure products meet quality specifications

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Rotate through various tasks as needed within the assembly process

Assembler I – General Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience

• Ability to follow written directions and perform basic math

• Comfortable using hand tools and reading assembly specifications in English

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset

Assembler I – General Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
