WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $18/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

- Required weekday overtime + mandatory Saturday
WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Warehouse Distribution Associate will support daily warehouse operations to ensure orders go out accurately, safely, and on time.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick, scan, and label customer orders
- Palletize and prepare shipments, including shrink wrapping completed pallets
- Operate RF scanners and follow established order-processing procedures
- Verify accuracy and quality of shipments
- Assist with dock manifest duties and manual/ground manifest station tasks
- Support re-warehousing efforts by identifying pallet tags and documenting locations
- Participate in physical inventories as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas following 5S and Lean standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided as needed)
- Report any product, equipment, or facility damage promptly
- Cross-train and assist in other warehouse functions
WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of distribution/warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, stooping, standing, and repetitive movement
- Basic math, reading, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work and multiple tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in environments with variable temperatures (hot summers, cold winters)
- Ability to safely operate or train on material handling equipment
Physical & Environmental Expectations
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, lifting, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand movements
- Exposure to warehouse noise, moving mechanical equipment, and occasional vibration
- Ability to maintain normal vision (corrected to 20/40) and hearing sufficient for safety
