WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $19.25/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time, 2nd shift | Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Warehouse Operator will support daily warehouse operations. This role involves moving materials, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting inventory and logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
• Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse
• Perform routine warehouse tasks following established SOPs and quality standards
• Maintain basic records and documentation as required
• Support inventory, material handling, and logistics operations
• Work within a metrics-driven environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR - 2ND SHIFT | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience required
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses or certifications
• Ability to work under general to limited supervision

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical equipment
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including:
• • Hot summer months (limited climate control)
  • Cold winter months (limited heating)
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
