A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operators in Manassas, VA 20110.

Night Shift Production Operator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Night Shift Production Operator Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Night Shift Required Schedule:
- NIGHT SHIFT
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays
- 12-hour shifts (approximately 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Initial training will take place on DAY SHIFT
- Candidates must be able to work this exact rotating schedule.
Night Shift Production Operator Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment based on current process specifications, procedures, and change notifications
- Monitor and respond to SPC charts, failed tool qualifications, and engineering tests
- Process engineering targets, SWRs, and other test activities
- Collect and record production and machine data
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform tool recovery
- Maintain organized workstations and follow 6S standards
- Participate in training, certification, and recertification programs
- Receive and provide accurate shift pass-downs
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Use computer-based programs and applications to complete daily tasks
- Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically safe manner
- Provide feedback and suggest process, quality, and safety improvements
Night Shift Production Operator Requirements
- 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience
- Must be able to work 12-hour NIGHT shifts on the rotating schedule listed above
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to use computers and production tracking systems
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 day
Night Shift Production Operator Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a fab environment
- Experience with automated or process-controlled equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
