ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Sandy UT 84070 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $17.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler will support the manufacturing of medical devices in a production environment. This role involves assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and equipment operation while following quality and safety procedures.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, test, inspect, and package medical devices
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Perform quality inspections according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
- Use measurement tools such as microscopes and inspection devices
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
