Job Description
Title: Marketing Project Specialist
Location: Troy, MI (Onsite)
Note: This role is NOT open to C2C or 3rd party candidates
This position will be responsible for managing all print projects and graphic requests, acting as the first point of contact for new requests made from any manufacturing plants or from the business development team to coordinate projects and activities for marketing products or services. Job duties include, but are not limited to;
- Managing projects and logging all requests in a cloud-based project management program
- Collecting and organizing files and content needed to complete projects
- Scheduling time for graphic designers to work on projects
- Proofing art files and managing versioning
- Tracking project status and communicating with clients, including closing out projects
- Managing and maintaining archives of product brochures and catalogs
- Uploading digital versions of brochures to share drives
- Handling other projects and duties, as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, including taking the lead and ownership of assigned projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to exhibit initiative, drive, and persistence while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
