A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Marketing Specialist to support this Fortune 500 company's scholarship foundation in Irvine, CA.

This is a long-term opportunity (contract to hire) offering competitive pay and a chance to make a direct impact on youth empowerment initiatives across the country.

Job Highlights:

• Work Location: Irvine, CA (on-site role)
• Pay: $37-$39/hr, paid weekly
• Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Associate Manager to support both digital and traditional marketing efforts. You’ll manage creative assets, support content development, maintain the website, assist with campaign logistics, and analyze digital performance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update marketing assets (impact reports, infographics, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure deliverables meet brand standards
• Organize and manage the creative asset library and SharePoint folders
• Update content and act as liaison with the website vendor
• Post and schedule content to social media (LinkedIn, Vimeo, etc.)
• Track campaign and website performance using Google Analytics
• Coordinate marketing campaign logistics, timelines, and approvals
• Assist with event coordination and merchandise orders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of professional marketing experience
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday.com
