MATERIAL HANDLER, OVERNIGHTS | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Four Oaks NC 27524 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Night Shift — Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

MATERIAL HANDLER, OVERNIGHTS | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Material Handler will support material handling and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, following SOPs, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MATERIAL HANDLER, OVERNIGHTS | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials and finished goods
• Load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform routine tasks under general to limited supervision

MATERIAL HANDLER, OVERNIGHTS | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of forklift experience
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience acceptable
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
• Basic math and general computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions required
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise
• Non-climate-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Occasional exposure to heights, fumes, and outdoor weather conditions
