Material Handler Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Material Handler Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending upon selected candidate

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Accurately process online transactions
• Receive, deliver, and move materials throughout the facility
• Perform cycle counts
• Material labeling, stocking, and repackaging
• Interface with customers
• Take customer orders and translate into electronic requests
• Answer customer questions
• Operate material handling equipment

Material Handler Requirements

• 0–3 years of related warehouse or material handling experience
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Material Handler Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory or warehouse systems
• Prior experience operating material handling equipment
• Distribution or warehouse environment experience
