Media Exchange Manager – Internal Communications Compensation:
- This is a contract assignment with potential to be hired permanently based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
- $75 per hour
- Full-time position with standard business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Media Exchange Manager – Internal Communications Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications: Develop and implement internal communications programs to increase awareness of the company’s brand, business, and product strategies within the organization.
- Content Creation & Delivery: Collaborate with Marketing and SMEs to create compelling internal communications such as emails, newsletters, meetings, and live events.
- Cultural Alignment: Uphold the company’s culture through internal messaging, ensuring tone and content align with organizational values.
- Project Management: Lead the execution of internal communications programs, working autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams.
- Event & Meeting Management: Oversee communication strategies for internal meetings, offsites, leadership Q&As, and other company events.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Ensure timely, consistent communication with senior leaders across various teams (sales, product, marketing).
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure all communications are timely and relevant to business objectives.
Media Exchange Manager – Internal Communications Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in internal communications, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that align with business goals.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
Media Exchange Manager – Internal Communications Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new content and event ideas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
