Medicaid Call Center Representative Compensation:
- $17-$19/hr dependent on experience
Highlights:
- The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm
- Remote Texas, computer equipment is provided must have reliable internet at home
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Medicaid Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:

These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue

Day to Day responsibilities: Inbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- Adherence – 93% or above
- Quality – 94% or above
Medicaid Call Center Representative Required Qualifications/Experience:
- MUST PASS DFPS BACKGROUND CHECK.
- Medical-Long Term Services and Supports Background, Working with the STAR+PLUS or STAR Kids and foster care (STAR Health) population.
- MCO Medicaid STAR+PLUS or STAR Kids or STAR Health insurance knowledge
- Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor in Social Work
