Job Description
- Support healthcare providers and claimants through administrative and clinical tasks related to VA Claim Exams.
- Interview patients, obtain medical histories, and record information accurately.
- Prepare clinical charts and conduct Medical Opinion research prior to appointments.
- Maintain and update medical records and billing reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare and sanitize exam rooms and medical instruments to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Escort and assist claimants during examinations and send diagnostics to appropriate facilities.
- Obtain and record vital signs, perform blood draws, and conduct EKGs, PFTs, and ABI tests as directed.
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Location: In-person.
- Remote work and travel are not required.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- Phlebotomy certification for blood draws.
