- Support clinic operations by providing administrative and clinical assistance, including preparing charts and conducting research prior to appointments.

- Operate medical equipment and perform procedures like EKGs, PFTs, blood draws, and ABI tests under healthcare provider supervision.
- Maintain and update medical records and billing reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare and sanitize exam rooms and instruments; escort claimants and assist during examinations.
- Ensure timely processing and sending of diagnostics to appropriate facilities.
- Operate office equipment, manage inventory, and assist with patient check-in/out procedures using scheduling systems.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, in-person workplace setting.
- Remote work or hybrid arrangements are not applicable.
- Work environment complies with infection control policies; adherence to privacy and confidentiality is required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 to 60 WPM.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
