A-Line Staffing is now hiring Medical Laboratory Scientist in Morristown, NJ 07960. The Medical Laboratory Scientist would be working for a Major Hospital and has career growth potential.

Medical Laboratory Scientist Highlights:

• Schedule: 11PM-7:30AM

• Pay Range: $ 46-48 Hourly

Medical Laboratory Scientist Responsibilities:

  • Perform lab testing in the Core Lab and report results according to SOP.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
  • Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
  • Maintain and manage laboratory supplies.
  • Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.

Medical Laboratory Scientist Required Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology.
  • ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new graduates welcome.
  • Required Education: Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology Associate’s degree required.
  • Preferred Education: BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology is preferred.
  • Required Certifications & Licensure: ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification.
  • Must have Blood Bank experience.
