Job Description
- Schedule patient appointments and tests efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff.
- Orient, train, and assign work to lower-level employees.
- Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program.
Critical Information
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
- On-site position with occasional floating to Flower Mound.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two to three years of scheduling or related experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Benefits:
