Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions Project Lead Compensation
- The pay for this position is $53.00 per hour
- Full-time salary equivalent: $112,000 per year
- Travel: Up to 50% (required for on-site installations and support)

Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions Project Lead Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions (Pharmacy) across healthcare settings, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and deployment of dispensing solutions at customer locations.
- Product Installation & Training: Oversee the installation and training of Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions, ensuring proper adoption and use by pharmacy teams and stakeholders.
- Customer Account Management: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction with the dispensing solutions and services.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures to optimize workflows and operational efficiency within pharmacy environments.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Recommend and implement new practices, processes, and models to improve pharmacy operations and solution effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze clinical outcomes, operational data, and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on best practices in Medically Integrated Dispensing Solution integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) and external partners to achieve business goals and ensure project success.
Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions Project Lead Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, clinical consulting, or pharmacy technology, with a focus on healthcare solutions and technology integration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills:
- Extensive experience in project management and change management.
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, clinical outcome assessments, and reporting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a wide audience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions Project Lead Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmacy experience or experience with Medically Integrated Dispensing Solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with automated dispensing systems or pharmacy technology integration is a bonus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
