Job Description:
The Microsoft Office 365 Solution Architect will leverage expert-level experience with Office 365 architecture, administration, and best practices. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing messaging and communication solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Exchange Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Forefront Identity Manager. Leadership skills and the ability to represent the organization in challenging environments are key to success in this role.

- Start Time: 08:00
- End Time: 17:30
- Location: On-site
Salary/Wage:
- $70.00/HR - $85.00/HR (negotiable based on experience)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enhance IT customer communication and collaboration migrations in accordance with service agreements.
- Design, plan, and perform Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365 migrations.
- Provide leadership and project management for system architecture, proof-of-concept, and deployment services.
- Facilitate and lead client configuration planning meetings, articulating pros and cons of design/architecture decisions (e.g., latency, storage, startup/shutdown).
- Perform system reviews of client telephony environments and prepare findings with short and long-term strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex client environments and develop innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven design, planning, and implementation experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 and Active Directory.
- Experience in Windows Server technologies.
- Strong expertise with Office 365 architecture and administration.
- Leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate in client-facing roles.
- Experience with messaging solutions (anti-virus/anti-spam, archiving, mobility, real-time collaboration) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in technical planning and customer meetings.
- Ability to work on-site and handle occasional travel if required.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
