Job Description:

Join our rapidly growing team focusing on Bank, Invest, Lending, and Digital Technologies (BILD). As a pivotal member, you'll be crafting APIs and software components for a major expansion of our Credit Card and Lending operations. Dive into the exciting realm of agile development, implementing a modern API and omni-channel Digital Servicing platform. Your work will accelerate product development and enhance our customer servicing capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Be a core member of our agile team, driving user story elaboration, design, development, testing, and implementation of software application and infrastructure-as-code.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable code using React.js and React Native.
• Collaborate with team architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies and predicting future challenges.
• Enable deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
• Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and manage technical requirements.
• Lead a culture of innovation, experimentation, and calculated risks.
• Actively study new technologies, rapidly prototype, and carry out POCs.
• Maintain documentation, coding standards, and style guides.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and delivery.
• Manage your own time effectively and work well independently and as part of a team.
• Influence team members with creative changes and improvements, serving as a mentor for junior engineers.

• Proficiency in programming languages like React, React-Native, and JavaScript
• API development experience to be full stack in the future using node/typescript

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience in web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of modern web and mobile development trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with modern API technologies, architecture, and design practices.
• Experience in designing and building Cloud-native applications.
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub.
• A self-starting mentality with a passion for experimentation and game-changing technology.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
