Nuclear Medicine Technologist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $58-$65 per hour based on experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Highlights
- The required availability for this position is day shift.
- Shift Time: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Shift Notes: On call for cardiac needs one Saturday a month
- Start date: 05/12/2025
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer and measure radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic and tracer studies utilizing a variety of radioisotope equipment.
- Prepare stock solutions of radioactive materials and calculate and administer doses.
- Subject patients to radiation as prescribed by the Radiologist.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Requirements
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences – Required
- 1 year of current experience – Required
- ARRTN or NMTCB registered or equivalent state license for nuclear medicine technology or completion of a training program in nuclear medicine.
- BLS certification.- Required
- Certification Requirements: ASCP
Nuclear Medicine Technologist Preferred Qualifications
- Phlebotomy experience - Highly preferred
- Prior travel experience - Preferred
