  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency within the hospital environment.
  • Ensure continuous survey readiness, audit compliance, and adherence to legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and organizational improvement.
