Job Description

Manages a large unit or multiple units providing ambulatory services, ensuring high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-focused care. Oversees staff compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while maintaining clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development programs.


Schedule & Location

  • Full-time position.
  • Location: Santa Rosa, California (onsite role).

Salary/Wage

  • Salary range: $180,500.00 to $216,946.00 per year.
  • 10% annual bonus target and sign-on bonus available.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations of a large or multiple ambulatory units.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to maintain quality patient care.
  • Act as a patient advocate, resolving patient care issues.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to improve cost efficiency.
  • Design processes to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Ensure staff training, competency, and compliance with regulations.
  • Address human resource, safety, and risk management concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in management/leadership roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in Interventional Radiology and Medical Imaging.
  • Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and local, state, and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience managing staff in extended roles (e.g., RNs, NPs, RTs).
  • Background in managing multiple locations and large/complex projects.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to meet standard physical demands associated with nursing management roles.

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health-related field (or equivalent experience).
