Nurse Practitioner Hours

• Schedule - 8-16 hours a week.
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Up to 24 - Flexible 1st shift

Nurse Practitioner Compensation

• The pay for this position is $100.00-115.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Perform routine and comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with state regulations
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as clinically indicated
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other medical studies
• Provide discharge planning and follow-up care for patients with ongoing medical needs
• Administer immunizations and vaccinations as required
• Perform minor medical procedures as permitted by training and competency
• Determine the need for and coordinate referrals to specialty services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation per HIPAA and facility policies
• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and interdisciplinary care team to support quality assurance initiatives
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to nursing and support staff as needed
• Participate in quality improvement activities, staff meetings, and continuing education
• Serve as a clinical resource to patients, families, and staff regarding health maintenance and disease prevention

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Certified by the Ohio Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice
• 1 Year of experience required
