We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team and deliver exceptional patient care in a retail clinic environment. In this role, you will independently provide holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling, for patients 18 months and older. Care delivery is supported by advanced technology, including a computerized electronic health record system.

This position offers a collaborative work environment with a dedicated team and opportunities to engage patients and make a meaningful impact on their path to better health. The role reports to the Senior Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient-Centered Quality and Safety:

• Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.
• Evaluate, co-manage, and treat medical needs to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Document patient care thoroughly in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in the development of patient-centered practice teams.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Increase patient engagement and satisfaction by integrating feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, colleagues, and management.

Healthcare Environment Management:

• Resolve conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Build strong relationships with practice employees and retail colleagues.
• Balance priorities to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Adapt to new care models to enhance clinic efficiency.

Leadership and Operational Support:

• Assist in hiring and developing practice employees.
• Promote operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and quality.

• Schedule/ Pay

  • Clinic hours, including work every other weekend.
  • Pay: 74:87 per hour

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification.
• Licensure: Active Advanced Practice Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Certifications: DEA application required at the time of offer.
• COVID-19 Requirements: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date, with approved medical or religious exemptions considered.
